A rating doesn't show why each person visited. It may mix routine care, new injuries, and years of soreness. People who wrote nothing aren't counted in the comments you see. So the rating describes the reviewers, not every patient who went there.

Open the clinic's page on Google Maps before relying on old comments. Offices move, staff change, and new reviews appear. Make sure the address belongs to the office you mean. The same clinic name may appear at more than one address.

Read newer comments first, then look for facts that come up again. One angry comment may be unfair, while one glowing comment may say little beyond praise. Several clear reports about waiting or billing deserve more notice.
